Throwing Muses Did Not Break Up

I usually spend Thursdays, the day after my radio show, beating myself up over small mistakes I made in it. Today I feel compelled to apologize for saying, as I think I have a few times now, that Throwing Muses "broke up" upon the departure of Tanya Donelly from the band in 1991. They became different, of course, but they did not break up (though many TM fans would argue that at that point, they may as well have). Their most recent album was released in 2003.

Does this absolve me?

I'm going to go ahead and say "yes," and also "I have to try not to worry so much about this stuff."
